How black tea minimizes hair shedding

I am concerned with your hair growth and I have discovered easy and Do-It-Yourself (DIY) ways whereby you can ensure that your hair grows healthily. In case you are wondering what black tea is…
It’s simply tea that comes in bags e.g. Lipton, Top Tea and so on. The caffeine contained in black tea removes DHT (dihydrotesterone) from the scalp, thereby limiting shedding.
Basically, it is healthy to shed hair from time-to-time. Nevertheless, by rinsing your hair with cold black tea, you can minimize shedding to a large extent. Research shows that black tea also darkens the hair and gives the hair strength and shine. The caffeine in the tea is responsible for all these.
Doctors say that caffeine intake causes nervousness, nausea, stomach irritation, insomnia and so on. Notwithstanding, you can use the caffeine to your hair’s advantage.
Here’s the procedure:

v  Depending on the volume of your hair, drop 2-8 tea bags in hot water (in a bowl) leave to cool. You can even leave the bags in the water to cool overnight in order for the “solution” to be concentrated, or you could use it once it is cool. At this point, it is important that I bring your attention to some crucial facts; black hair rinse has the tendency to harden your hair. Also, there are different ways to do the black hair rinse. Overtime, you will discover which one works best for you. In addition, you need to wear some old clothes when doing the rinse because the tea could trickle down your body and stain your cloth.
v  You need to apply the tea slowly on your scalp by pouring it with a container that has a pointed tip. Once done, leave the tea in hair and wear a shower cap on it for between ten minutes to one hour. Once the time elapses, shampoo the hair, rinse it and apply a deep conditioner afterwards.
v  Another method to use especially if you do not want your hair to be excessively hard afterwards is to apply shampoo immediately after apply the black tea to your hair and then deep condition it. Better still, you could shampoo your hair and dry it. Afterwards, apply tea slowly, cover your hair with a shower cap for between ten minutes to one hour, rinse out and apply deep conditioner. Leave the deep conditioner in the hair for five minutes and the rinse out.

NOTE: if you do not want to get all messy, you could use a spray bottle to gently spray tea on scalp and ensure that there is a towel around your neck. Please do not use your favourite towel.

Ensure that you deep condition your hair after or during the rinse so that your hair does not become dry.

Black tea rinse reduces shedding to its barest minimum but it does not eliminate it, since shedding is a natural occurrence.
