The source of E-money's wealth revealed

Emeka Okonkwo popularly known as E-Money, the Money bag CEO of 5 Star Music, is known for his money spree galore that has been rocking the social media of late.

He lives in a gold-furnished mansion, owns fleets of cars and has a lot of money to throw around, even in the midst of the current economy in Nigeria.

He has been so much in the news for showering money, especially during public events. Earlier this week, he was sighted in a video footage showing his latest upgraded style of using a money gun spraying device. This took place at the wedding reception of professional football player and Super Eagles member, Onazi Ogenyi.

E-Money launched his money gun in April. The multi-millionaire was first seen in his common act at the Quilox birthday party of Fuji icon, K1 D Ultimate. The second time was at the wedding reception of actor Mike Ezuruonye’s sister.

Surprisingly, other millionaires such as Dangote, Adenuga and Otedola, whose wealth have been around for a longer time, are yet to lavish money the way the 5 Star boss does. Thus raising the question ‘what does E-money do for a living, aside managing 5 Star Music’.

In 2014, Vanguard described him as a billionaire, whose business stretches from real estate to the music industry. This is hard to believe because his extravagant lifestyle is second to none.
First of all, Emeka Okonkwo was born and raised in Ajegunle and is the younger brother of pop singer Kcee Limpopo. He is the official sponsor of Kcee’s music career plus that of Harrysong and Skiibii.

Emeka Okonkwo is also the head of a shipping company called Emmy Cargoes Nig. The company was established in 1997 and was formerly called Borisa Nig. Ltd. He is also into real estate as well as oil and gas, as stated earlier.

Unlike his elder brother, E-Money is married. He has three sons with his wife, Juliet, and have been married for six-year now. According to him, he met Juliet in 2003 when he was still struggling to make money and she was just what he was looking for, a God-fearing and non-materialistic woman.

"Fear won't let me celebrate my wedding anniversary on social media" - Dakore Egbuson

Dakore Akande, has been married for six years, although she was off the movie scenes for 2 years, but after her grand return in 2012, she has not slowed down playing roles in some of the biggest movies to grace the screens.

In an interview with Ovwe Medeme, the pretty mother of two talks about marriage, career, motherhood and why she never celebrates her wedding anniversary social media.

“I don’t want to put our stuff out there. Yes I am scared. I should be scared because of the way marriages nowadays go. My mum tells me to cover my yam. Take care of my business.

On his birthday, I post on Instagram but for anniversaries, we like to celebrate it in-house, with the kids.

We have been married for six years but been together ten years.

On what she does differently to make her marriage work, she said: “I try to identify the things we have in common and of course accentuate them.

I work more on those things. We can’t be the same. I think it would be boring. It’s nice to complement each other but for the things that we have in common, we bond over that and we let it glue us more and more together. And for the differences, we try and talk about them. Believe me, marriage is not easy but its very fulfilling.”

On her husband and house chores: “He does, he takes care of the kids. I like that about him. It’s not a typical Nigerian male thing to do but I think our generation is changing.

That dichotomy between a man’s role and a woman’s role, they are merging more and more now and it’s great because it really takes two. It takes two of you to create that child; it takes two of you to take care of that child. It’s not just one person’s job. Even with finances, if you as the mom are capable of doing it, then do it.

And for the husband, if your wife is ill and she’s tired, say ‘oh babe, take a break, let me take care of the kids.’ You should be like that. I think we are just at odds with the old way of doing things, they way our parents used to, the way we want to do things. But I think we just need to forge a new chapter. We can’t keep doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.

On speaking Yoruba fluently: “A little bit, but I understand it very well. When I speak Yoruba, it’s terrible. Sometimes they call me for Yoruba films and I tell them, you want to laugh at me abi.

For my husband, he grew up abroad. He went to school abroad. He understands it but his speaking is just as bad as mine. I grew up in Lagos so being respectful is second nature to me so I think it really helped.

On her spirituality: “Oh yes, I’ve even grown between then and now. I’m even much more spiritual now. I think it started from the time I had locks. People started to know that this is somebody who’s obviously very conscious. I’ve always been conscious. When I found my consciousness, I just tried to keep on reading more, asking questions and being interested in other religions and trying to understand people better. And it’s brought me to where I am right now. I’m very accepting, very calm and I love it. I hope that I continue to grow spiritually because we grow from stage to stage. I don’t want to stay stagnant in any way.

Serena Williams shows off her body in a white swimsuit on the cover of Glamour magazine's July 2016 issue. The 34-year-old tennis superstar talked about Drake, Wage gap and many more on the new issue of the magazine.

About being an athlete in her 30s, she said,
“Who says that your thirties is when you’re supposed to be done? I would like to know who made that rule! I was talking to my mom one time, like, ‘Gosh, I’m 30.’ And she’s like, ‘In your thirties you’re even stronger than in your twenties.’ I didn’t believe her, but I have played better in my thirties. And I played pretty well in my twenties, don’t get me wrong! But my consistency is better, my momentum is better, my wins are quicker.”

On Twitter while blaming Drake for her US Open loss last year she said,  “I don’t think that was fair. I’m the one who’s playing, who’s making mistakes or making winners. I’m not one to blame anyone else for anything. And I don’t think anyone else should either. I played a really good opponent that day. And I wasn’t at my best.”

Death of Muhammed Ali

Muhammad Ali, the civil rights champion who famously proclaimed himself "The Greatest" and afterwards spent a lifetime living up to the billing, is dead.

Ali died Friday 3rd June 2016 at a Phoenix-area hospital, where he had spent some days being treated for respiratory complications. A family spokesman confirmed that he was aged 74.

"After a 32-year battle with Parkinson's disease, Muhammad Ali has passed away at the age of 74. The three-time World Heavyweight Champion boxer died this evening ," Bob Gunnell, a family spokesman said yesterday.

Ali had suffered for three decades from Parkinson's, a progressive neurological condition that slowly robbed him of both his verbal grace and his physical dexterity. A funeral service is planned to take place at Louisville, Kentucky, his hometown.

His daughter Rasheda said early today that the legend was "no longer suffering," describing him as "daddy, my best friend and hero" as well as "the greatest man that ever lived."

Even as his health declined, Ali did not shy from politics or controversy, releasing a statement in December criticizing Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's proposal to ban Muslims from entering the United States. "We as Muslims have to stand up to those who use Islam to advance their own personal agenda," he said.

The remark bookended the life of a man who burst into the national consciousness in the early 1960s, when as a young heavyweight champion he converted to Islam and refused to serve in the Vietnam War, and became an emblem of strength, eloquence, conscience and courage. Ali was an anti-establishment showman who transcended borders and barriers, race and religion. His fights against other men became spectacles, but he embodied much greater battles.

Murder of K1 the ultimate

The trending hashtags on Twitter at the moment is #murderofk1theultimate blood on Olamide's hands. The hashtag got a lot of people scared with the thoughts that K1 the ultimate is dead. However, I'm glad to inform you that K1 the Ultimate is not dead.

The hashtag was started by a group of people who wrote an article on how Fuji music seems to have died a gradual death as a result of Don Jazzy being on the beat of latest Afro-hop songs with Olamide making tremendous hits in music. The article is about different decades and the music in vogue per decade. Pasuma is said to have moved from Fuji to Afro-hop, leaving his counterpart, K1 to "die" in the sudden change of music trend.

The writer ended the write up with "Don Jazzy owns the beats, Olamide owns the stage."

Annie upset because 2face left her to celebrate Pero's daughter's birthday

That's how one will be sitting "jejely" and drama will just start to unfold.

So there is a beef between Tuface's wife and Pero Adeniyi's sister. Here is a picture of Pero:

Rumour has it that Tuface left Annie Idibia in Nigeria while he traveled to the US to celebrate his oldest daughter's 10th birthday. He also seized the opportunity to spend time with his other two children from the same baby mama. Whereas, Annie Idibia took to her Instagram page to share her thoughts on how child abuse could result from situations where separated parents and their exes stress one another on the matter of seeing their children. She afterwards gave a shout-out to 2face's baby mama of two children, Sumbo Adeoye for being a great woman.

Infuriated by this comment, Eniola, who happens to be Pero Adeniyi's sister confronted Annie Idibia on Instagram claiming that Annie is jealous that 2face "got away from her claws" to celebrate his daughter's birthday with Pero.

2face allegedly traveled to see his children yesterday and it happens to be his first visit to them in 2 years. Eniola claims that Annie doesn't allow 2face to contact Pero Adeniyi to the extent that he has to hide to contact her and the kids in order not to upset Annie. Insiders claim Annie feels insecure whenever 2face is around Pero because she is the unmarried one of the two baby mamas. However, Annie responded to Eniola by telling her to get off her Instagram page but she did not stop.View the Instagram exchange below:
